Pearl Tech Corporation is currently looking for SharePoint Administrator/Developer, please apply if you are comfortable with the requirement.

Required 5 Years Microsoft SharePoint (versions 2007 and 2010).
Required 4 Years Installing and Configuring SharePoint (versions 2007, 2010 and 2013) with STRONG emphasis on 2013 and migrations.
Required 1 Years Development experience with SharePoint 2013.
Required 4 Years Business Analyst Skills (assess business needs, identify user stories and design solutions).
Required 3 Years Communication/Interpersonal Skills (Training staff, setting up meetings to gather requirements).
Required 5 Years Building SharePoint Sites/Site Collections (Developing Workflows, Info-Path Forms, SharePoint Designer).
Required 1 Years’ Experience working independently as a Sr Developer/SME.

Detailed Day-To-Day Job Duties to be performed:

Meet with business area clients, assess business needs, identify user stories, design solutions, build prototypes, solicit feedback, iterate solutions, oversee UAT of the solutions, and deploy into the business area.
Create solutions using existing out-of-the-box SharePoint services, features, apps, workflows, and web parts.
Install and configure SharePoint 2013 environment, migrate 2010 SharePoint apps and site collections to 2013 SharePoint.
Train staff on using the developed solutions.

Years of Relevant Experience:
7 to 8 years
Preferred Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
Role Description:
Deliver support and design for industry specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications.
Interact with executive level business users or technical experts.
May function as a niche SME.
